Booking & Training Policies

Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your training date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the training date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by this time may result in your training being cancelled and the deposit forfeited, 

Deposits

All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Deposits secure your place, trainer time and preparation including course materials and kits.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before training day will result in loss of all monies paid.

  • If more than 14 days notice is given, rescheduling may be offered once only, subject to availability.

  • No refunds will be given for non-attendance, late arrival or early departure.

Attendance & Late Arrival

  • Full attendance is required to complete the course and receive certification.

  • Late arrival may result in loss of practical time and in some cases, no certificate issued.

  • If you fail to attend without notice, your place and all payments will be forfeited.

Course Requirements

  • Some course require a model. This will be confirmed in advance. 

  • Models must be suitable and arrive on time.

  • Failure to provide a suitable model may affect your ability to complete the course.

  • All training courses are strictly for students aged 16 and over. Bookings made by anyone under this age will be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable.

What's Included

  • In-person practical training

  • Pre-study theory (where applicable)

  • Training kit (course dependant) 

  • ABT Accredited certificate upon successful completion.

Certification

Certificates are issued only on:

  • Full attendance

  • Completion of practical and theory elements 

  • Demonstrating required competency levels.

Health, Safety & Conduct

  • Students must disclose any medical conditions prior to training.

  • Professional conduct is expected at all times.

  • Unsafe practice, inappropriate behaviour or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the course without refund.

Right To Refuse Training

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue training if a student:

  • Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol 

  • Behaves inappropriately 

  • Poses a risk to themselves, others or the trainer.

  • Under the age requirements for training.

No refund will be issued in these circumstances. 

Changes To Courses

We reserve the right to:

  • Change training dates if absolutely necessary.

  • Substitute trainers if required

  • Cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (a full refund or reschedule will be offered in this case)

Agreement

By booking a course, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these training & booking policies.
